How to use this App
Everything you need to apply for a quick cash loan with Kapitano — step by step.
STEP 1
Create your account
Sign up with your email and password. We'll send you a one-time code to verify your email address.
- Click 'Get started' on the homepage
- Enter your email and a secure password
- Enter the 6-digit code we email you
STEP 2
Complete your application
Fill in your personal details, employment information, and choose how much you want to borrow and for how long.
- Enter your full name and Namibian ID number
- Add your income and employer details
- Use the calculator to pick an amount and term in N$
STEP 3
Upload your documents
Upload the compulsory documents so we can assess your application. All files are stored securely.
- Your ID document (photo or scan)
- Your latest salary slip
- 3 months of bank statements
STEP 4
Verify your identity (KYC)
Take a live selfie with your phone camera. We compare it to your uploaded ID to confirm it's really you.
- Allow camera access when prompted
- Capture a front-facing photo
- Slightly turn your head and capture again (liveness check)
STEP 5
Submit and get funded
Review your details and submit. We assess your application and, once approved, disburse your loan in N$.
- Check your loan summary and repayments
- Submit for review
- Track status from your My Loans dashboard
